In our natural state of mind is a peaceful mind. Upon awaking we are as one with the world and know that means a state natural bliss. We must put aside worry and stress, chaos from others, and be open to the reality that all is not lost, but merely in a state of flux, a transition of events filled with emotions, desires, dreams, and our own pursuit of happiness. Through our thoughts we create our world, our state of being, our state of health, and who we are.
