The Mystic Edge Connection

The last couple of months have been a busy-blur. Designing new blogs and websites. I've finally been able to list all of my favorite online stores like Mystic Edge, Book, Camera, and Kindle/Computer shops at the top of all my web pages. I'll be listing more as they come in from Beta mode. The Mystic Edge Zazzle shop is operational and being redesigned. The ME Café Press shop business is doing well and looks hopeful. More designs are coming in the future. All stores listed on my blogs are quite interesting and have competitive prices and tons of items to shop over. Most of these shops were active months ago, but everything is always in a work in progress mode. From Amazon books to the Mystic Edge online clothing store.

The Mystic Edge philosophy believes in that all things fall under the realm of unlimited possibilities and that we can gain insight into mysteries, transcending our hearts, and mind; going beyond ordinary human knowledge, becoming divine, using intuition, faith, and love until we reach a state of spiritual ecstasy. A very positive place.

Just a reminder that I also have listed some other excellent stores like the Book Shop, Buddha Shop, Cultural Shop, The Chess Shop, Unique Vintage Shop, and Modnique Shop at the top of this website. Other shops are coming to the Mystic Light Blog.

Connecting The Dots

You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life - Steve Jobs, Stanford commencement speech, June 2005

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle - Steve Jobs (Stanford commencement speech, June 2005)

You must believe for great things in your life. Confidently moving in the direction of your dreams. Believe in yourself and have faith from your heart and above that your imagination will produce the life you want to live, and know that all possibilities are possible with that mindset - T.S.Garp

Let There Be Peace

When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace -Jimi Hendrix

I'm reminded of the power of words, wisdom, and ideas. That during great times of turmoil come great wisdom and insight like Jimi Hendrix's famous quote. The greatest force in the universe is love and comes from a Source that is both infinite and forever part of us. This invisible force has the power to manifest miracles in our lives and lift our spirits to a higher vibration of joy. Love is the Way!

Throughout human history the entire world has bared witness to negative effects from wayward individuals who follow the path "love of power" can do. Give peace and humble reverence to all of God's greatest creations, to everything, to everyone you meet, and to the person standing in the mirror - T.S.Garp

Living Beyond The Infinite

“Cosmic in our being and infinite beyond this illusionary dream. Each of us outside the confines called time. Cyclical in nature…reincarnated life after life after lifetime. Common is this knowledge for those who have remembered to go within and see. Question your reality and you will find those answers we’ve been forbidden to seek. This is the journey to oneness and we each walk our own path. Our destination is collective…regardless if you are a woman or a man. Division is a lower vibrational energy perception…we are all ONE…and we are all of the Divine plan.” ~ Mynzah

Happy Chinese New Year!

The Year of the Dragon is here and get ready for very auspicious year. The sign of the Dragon begins on January 23, 2012. The Dragon is the most powerful of all the signs in Chinese astrology known as the great protector over evil and has driving forces of passion and ambition as its ruler. The Dragon is the fifth in the Chinese Zodiac. Consider a divine beast. Dragons are honored and respected. A karmic sign Dragons are geared for relationships and attracting many loyal friends. Dragons are self-sufficient and not into conformity. Dragons are imaginative, emotional, healthy, expressive, cool-headed, hard-working, seeking challenges, generous, risk-takers, and lucky, the energy and likeness of which is bestowed this new year to all the other zodiac signs.

During the Year of the Dragon is good for business endeavors, careers, bold plans, new projects, new ideas, health, wealth, and good for relationships, new romances, weddings, commitments, communication, and taking the initiative. The Dragon also represents immortality, happiness, and fertility. Many people around the world are out having babies at this time to guarantee their child’s good fortune, while others are limiting the number of babies, but either choice is right for the parenting individuals. The Year of the (water) Dragon is very powerful and actually promises a successful year for most other signs not born during the 12 year cycle of the Dragon. Very similar to Western astrology the Chinese astrological signs are the rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, sheep, monkey, rooster, dog and pig. Nearly all the signs will see some level of good fortune rise this year.

The celebration of the Dragon goes back 5000 years and last 15 days long. A great year for seekers of a better career, more education, more luck, promising ventures, romance (for married and unmarried), and full of spiritual growth, makeovers (Feng Shui living), new places, new excitement, new purpose, and new prospect. The Year of the Dragon is full of hope, realizing dreams, and allowing you to follow your passion, giving you strength to boldly go beyond your self with a steady gradual climb being mindful of not over doing it, but curving all ventures with an equal balanced of health. So make the most of this festive year and be happy and prosperous!

Be The Inspiration

Wheels are set in motion and the train has left the station. Time doesn't slow down or stop its forever climb into the future. Better to set your clocks and eyes on the right doors to your own personal freedom. The most talked about year "2012" has arrived and is slated to be a very interesting time indeed. This could be a very auspicious year for some of us and most of it can be if we remain positive. The key is to believe that even in the hardest and darkest of times, even in the face of setbacks, there is always an answer, and a light at the end of the tunnel guiding you into the direction you want to be in or need to go in. Time to jump-start that part of your mind that says I need to go here in order to grow and live the life I need to be living.

Make the start of this New Year an all encouraging one! Begin this January with renewed strength, renewed determination, and renewed enthusiasm. Remember to make this the "ME" year and moment. So often people forget to live a little and get stuck in a simple routine, out of fear, out of preset or self-imposed obligations with lack of confidence to break the mold, and try something new or discover a better way to do something. Time to step it up a notch! Waste not the time we have and boldly make a new resolution of sorts. Be in the here and now. Start creating. Fill yourself with inspiration and keep helpful antidotes of passages, quotes, people, places, and activities that spark your mind and existence to full potential.

Live the entire year with purpose and hope - T.S.Garp.

Reviews Are In!

People are saying nice things about my book, I've already sold some that were my own copies on hand, and I thank them all very much for those who either bought the book online or directly from me and those that actually read some of the pages in the book, and told me they liked it. This book is full of heartfelt and inspirational stories and poems. I'm very proud of it.

Autumn, Life, Wisdom, And Holidays

Its that time of season again. Autumn is such a great time of year. Everything turning either yellow-red-orange or snowy white. The major holidays are quickly approaching and a great time to be thankful for all that we have. Keep your faith, keep busy, keep walking, keep talking, keep in contact with dear friends-family, and do the things that move you! Be yourself and embrace this life. I've been doing just that and I’m also in deep writing-mode, I haven’t been able to blog as much as I would like too due the fact that I’m working on two manuscripts that take up a lot of my writing time, trying to complete all my own deadlines, and this will continue for the next several months. A good inspiration is Steve Jobs himself, who kept working constantly and working on so many new things for Apple that we still have yet to see. Never waste your time with doing what you love, or being with the people you love, always be appreciative to the time we have, think different, and try to accomplish as much as you can in this life. Happy Holidays! Everyone! And many more to come! - TS.Garp

Fixes and Changes

If you notice I’ve been doing fixes and changes to the Blog-look. Experimenting on streamlining, with color, links, and adding related shops. Basically cleaning house and trying to let visitors explore my (hopefully) intriguing information links and related items they might find useful. From spirituality, meditation, diet and nutrition, and even covering the subject of UFOs, all can  found in my article archives and listed free links on the sides of the Blog. Be sure to check out my other Blogs like Jabberwocky-Odyssey and the The Revolution. Soon to be posting information on my other major website based on photography and writing! - T.S.Garp

A Great Innovator Dies

Very sad news yesterday. Steve Jobs is dead at 56. He had been suffering from pancreatic cancer. Steve Jobs was the innovative co-founder of Apple and hands down an absolute creative genius who helped transform the world in the use of technology and affected entire industries with groundbreaking products and computers. The world has certainly lost a great visionary.  - T.S.Garp
Here are some really good articles on Steve Jobs:
