Ray Bradbury dies at 91.
Ray Bradbury dies at 91. A wonderful writer, a true visionary who could spin tales so full of imagination and brilliance. A recipient of the Pulitzer Prize award for lifetime work in fantasy and science fiction literature. His numerous short stories, novels, and screenplays are superb. He joins the list of my favorite writers who have passed on and helped made the world a more interesting place like Robert A. Heinlein, Author C. Clarke, and Isaac Asimov.

A Lot of Shake'n Going On
California hit by small earthquake near Malibu the day before yesterday, 4.0, no damage. Italy is suffering with two quakes, the first ten days ago of 6.0 and another the day before yesterday, 5.8 magnitude earthquake. A 6.1 magnitude struck off the coast of northeastern Japan about just over a week ago. I hope this is not a growing trend.

R.I.P. Donna Summer
Donna Summer, American singer-songwriter, five-time Grammy Award winner, and legendary disco queen past away due to lung cancer on May 17th, 2012 at the age of 63. My heart is sad at this breaking news. I absolutely love her voice and her music. One of my all-time favorite Donna Summer songs is I Feel Love from 1977. She will be deeply missed and I’m thankful her music will live on, and the memory of her will never die.
Another disco era legend has lost his battle over cancer. Robin Gibb, British singer and songwriter dies at 62 on May 20, 2012. Gibb is most remembered as one of the Bee Gees with his twin brother Maurice and older brother Barry. A terrible lost and another blow to his family. Robin Gibb was one of five children, younger brother Andy Gibb, a very popular solo singer in the 1980s died in 1988. Maurice Gibb past away in 2003. Gibb is survived by older brother Barry and sister Lesley. I remember how the Bee Gees became even more famous and popular when they provide the soundtrack for the highly successful film Saturday Night Fever starring John Travolta in 1977.
Fans around the world are mourning the lost and grateful that both musical artist has left us with unforgettable music to enjoy and brighten our lives for years to come. Our prays and thoughts are with Donna Summer’s and Robin Gibb’s family. I sincerely hope and wish the medical establishment would release a real mandatory cancer cure to end this dreaded disease.

Always Continue The Climb
Had a great time during Earth Day celebration. I just completed a 20 mile trail run surrounded by nature, mountains, and trees! Met awesome people!
Ayn Rand, philosopher & playwrighter, said “a creative person is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others,” and that is true for me too as I am motivated to always continue the climb, always have the desire to learn and achieve, always do your best, always live for the joy and experience of it. Believe in yourself and you are already half way there!

Natural Remedies for Back Pain
I stumbled upon this website about relieving back pain naturally. They list 10 good methods without medication to ease the pain. Yoga and common exercise is great, but adding better herbs to your diet is beneficial too, increasing calcium levels within the body, more vegetable intake, have a soothing massage, and trying all natural alternative methods is much better than overdoing it with artificial pain pills. 10 Natural Remedies.

Ching Divination
From the Daily I Ching Horoscope Reading: Today, you may enjoy a major change after a long period of tension. This is also a time when some difficult people will have less of an influence. If you want to make a change, move forward with confidence. A friendly attitude opens doors today. At the same time, you must not compromise with those forces you are leaving behind. Be aware of your own weaknesses. Becoming too stubborn or selfish can work against your best interests. Share any success.

The Mystic Edge Connection
The last couple of months have been a busy-blur. Designing new blogs and websites. I've finally been able to list all of my favorite online stores like Mystic Edge, Book, Camera, and Kindle/Computer shops at the top of all my web pages. I'll be listing more as they come in from Beta mode. The Mystic Edge Zazzle shop is operational and being redesigned. The ME Café Press shop business is doing well and looks hopeful. More designs are coming in the future. All stores listed on my blogs are quite interesting and have competitive prices and tons of items to shop over. Most of these shops were active months ago, but everything is always in a work in progress mode. From Amazon books to the Mystic Edge online clothing store.
The Mystic Edge philosophy believes in that all things fall under the realm of unlimited possibilities and that we can gain insight into mysteries, transcending our hearts, and mind; going beyond ordinary human knowledge, becoming divine, using intuition, faith, and love until we reach a state of spiritual ecstasy. A very positive place.
Just a reminder that I also have listed some other excellent stores like the Book Shop, Buddha Shop, Cultural Shop, The Chess Shop, Unique Vintage Shop, and Modnique Shop at the top of this website. Other shops are coming to the Mystic Light Blog.

Connecting The Dots
You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life - Steve Jobs, Stanford commencement speech, June 2005
Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on. So keep looking until you find it. Don’t settle - Steve Jobs (Stanford commencement speech, June 2005)
You must believe for great things in your life. Confidently moving in the direction of your dreams. Believe in yourself and have faith from your heart and above that your imagination will produce the life you want to live, and know that all possibilities are possible with that mindset - T.S.Garp

Let There Be Peace
When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace -Jimi Hendrix
I'm reminded of the power of words, wisdom, and ideas. That during great times of turmoil come great wisdom and insight like Jimi Hendrix's famous quote. The greatest force in the universe is love and comes from a Source that is both infinite and forever part of us. This invisible force has the power to manifest miracles in our lives and lift our spirits to a higher vibration of joy. Love is the Way!
Throughout human history the entire world has bared witness to negative effects from wayward individuals who follow the path "love of power" can do. Give peace and humble reverence to all of God's greatest creations, to everything, to everyone you meet, and to the person standing in the mirror - T.S.Garp

Living Beyond The Infinite
“Cosmic in our being and infinite beyond this illusionary dream. Each of us outside the confines called time. Cyclical in nature…reincarnated life after life after lifetime. Common is this knowledge for those who have remembered to go within and see. Question your reality and you will find those answers we’ve been forbidden to seek. This is the journey to oneness and we each walk our own path. Our destination is collective…regardless if you are a woman or a man. Division is a lower vibrational energy perception…we are all ONE…and we are all of the Divine plan.” ~ Mynzah
A really great artist and philosopher - T.S.Garp
